Creating blog for Adsense..

Hi,

I would like to get an viralinstigator, but i don't have the Adsense account.
So i would like to put up a blogspot blog, and i think it is easier to get approve using blogspot than other as i had applied twice but all got rejected.

After i setup my blog with blogspot, when should i apply for Adsense ? I mean after i have how many posts on my blog, and how many day after starting my blog ? Any advise ??
