Not that I should be giving away any secrets (I want to win this one BIG TIME) but the way I do it is to break up the larger image into 50x50 chunks (using photoshop or something similar) then piece it back together on the board. You just have to be careful not to mess up (I did once and had to ask Pete to remove so I could fix it).
